New commander takes reins of 910th OSS

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – Air Force Reserve Col. Bill Phillips, 910th Operations Group commander, hands the 910th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) guidon, or unit flag, to Lt. Col.
