Cooperation yields training for Airmen, help for those in need
Master Sgt. Timothy Franken, a 76th Aerial Port Squadron rigger, guides a forklift to the rear of a trailer to unload medical equipment and supplies. 76APS Airmen, known as the Port Dawgs, received shipments of the humanitarian cargo from Cleveland-based nonprofit MedWish International, organized it, weighed it and packed it onto 14 pallets. A KC-10 Extender tanker and cargo aircraft picked up the cargo Feb. 25 for delivery to Honduras via the Denton Program after inclement weather postponed the Feb. 19 mission.
