The aerial spray flight from Youngstown Air Reserve Station's 910th Airlift Wing came to spray noseeums,  small blood-sucking gnats, which are a major nuisance in the area. The mission is a nighttime aerial spray which has been found to be the most effective way to target the noseeums.
