(ret) Norton Schwartz, the 19th Chief of Staff of the Air Force, watches a demonstration of the many capabilities of Youngstown Air Reserve Station’s Combat Arms Training and Maintenance firing range on April 6, 2019. YARS’s new CATM is a state-of-the-art $8.5 million facility used for Reserve Citizen Airmen combat arms training and community partnership programs with law enforcement agencies.
