Baker assumes command of 910th CES
Lt. Col. Phillip Baker, the new 910th Civil Engineer Squadron commander, receives the 910th CES guidon from Col. Don Wren, commander of the 910th Mission Support Group, during a change of command ceremony, May 4, 2019, here. The transfer of the guidon symbolizes the official change of command and is a ceremony that dates back to the eighteenth century when a change in leadership would occur in front of the unit so all could witness their new leader assuming the dutiful position.
