A Reserve Citizen Airman with the 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron reaches up to connect cargo straps aboard a Youngstown Air Reserve Station C-130H Hercules aircraft on July 10, 2019, on the flightline at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
