Aircraft receives new decals
Master Sgt. Scott Obermiyer, an aircraft structure maintenance crafstman assigned to the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, lowers himself to the ground after installing a tail flash decal on a C-130H Hercules aircraft at Youngstown Air Reserve Station on Sept. 25, 2019. Tail flashes serve as markings that designate the installation the aircraft is assigned to. For YARS, the tail flash design highlights the Ohio state flag as the background, the “Y” of Youngstown State University and an outline of the state with a star indicating where YARS is located.
