Reserve Citizen Airmen and civilian personnel from Youngstown Air Reserve Station listen to Col. Barry Crane, individual mobilization augmentee to the director of logistics for Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, facilitated a three-day leadership staff ride for more than 25 Reserve Citizen Airmen and civilians from the installation.
