Christmas Commander's Calls recognizes and informs Airmen
Reserve Citizen Airmen from Youngstown Air Reserve Station display certificates recognizing their outstanding support of Operation Frigid Penguin, Dec. 7, 2019. Operation Frigid Penguin was an exercise conducted in Alpena, Michigan, to train and assess mission capability during hazardous conditions to include ground, air and chemical attacks.
