A nose art decal is placed on a C-130H Hercules assigned to the 757th Airlift Squadron on Feb. 4, 2020, at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The aircraft was receiving a new nose art decal that was designed by Tech. Sgt. Marlene Scarpino, an aircraft maintenance craftsman assigned to the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
