The PA Bunch: Driving through life in style
A 1949 Plymouth steering wheel is photographed on October 15, 2019, at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The ‘49 Plymouth is owned by Senior Airman Noah Tancer, a public affairs specialist with the 910th Airlift Wing. Tancer along with a handful of family members spent over three years restoring the car after Tancer purchased it for $1,000 upon graduating from high school.
