Flight Commander's Edge finds success via semi-virtual format
Senior Master Sgt. Chris Rilling, a flight engineer assigned to the 757th Airlift Squadron, gives a live stream presentation as he monitors the Flight Commander’s Edge course presenter’s slides and the student’s Microsoft Teams meeting for questions, Feb. 19, 2021, in the 910th Airlift Wing public affairs studio at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The 910th AW held its third annual Air University FCE course in a sub-virtual format this year, Feb. 18-21, mixing small group in-person discussion and large group virtual learning to efficiently balance a personable learning environment and potential COVID exposure risk. Presenters were in a separate room, with pre-scheduled blocks of time to limit path crossing. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Noah J. Tancer)
