Flight Commander's Edge finds success via semi-virtual format
Col. Joe Janik, commander of the 910th Airlift Wing, gives a live Flight Commander’s Edge presentation through a Microsoft Teams meeting, Feb. 21, 2021, in the 910th Airlift Wing public affairs studio on Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The 910th AW held its third annual Air University FCE course in a sub-virtual format this year, Feb. 18-21, mixing small group in-person discussion and large group virtual learning to efficiently balance a personable learning environment and COVID-19 risk mitigation. Presenters were in a separate room and pre-scheduled blocks of time to limit path crossing. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Noah J. Tancer)
