IDLC 23, August: Grenades and claymores

Staff Sgt. Jose Ceniceros, a Defender assigned to the Texas Air National Guard’s 204th Security Forces Squadron, throws a practice grenade during Integrated Defense Leadership Course’s grenade training on Aug. 15, 2023, at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center, Ohio. Guardsmen from the 204th SFS and reservists from the 919th SFS, Duke Field, Florida, traveled to Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, to participate in the Air Force Reserve Command’s two-week IDLC where Defenders hone their tactical combat skills while adapting to mission-related stressors during agile combat employment scenarios.
