Toys and Trees for Troops
Staff Sgt. Brandon Hones and Senior Airman Ramel Thomas, fuels specialists with the 910th Logistics Readiness Squadron, pick out free Christmas trees, Dec. 7, 2024, at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio. The 75 Christmas trees, from participating tree farms across Maine, were donated to the Airmen of the 910th Airlift Wing by Trees for Troops under the Christmas Spirit Foundation and distributed by Military and Family Readiness during the wing’s December unit training assembly. According to the Christmas Spirit Foundation’s website, contributions to Trees for Troops help those in service to their country and their families receive a real Christmas tree and keep the spirit of a traditional Christmas celebration alive.
