Farewell, 9106

Master Sgt. Dan Scott, a dedicated crew chief assigned to the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, poses for a photo in front of aircraft 9106 prior to its final flight from Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, as a 910th Airlift Wing aircraft, June 9, 2025. Scott served as the aircraft’s DCC for more than twenty years. The aircraft departed with nearly 11,000 flying hours and will be divested to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. This divestment continues the C-130H to C-130J Super Hercules aircraft conversion here. (U.S. Air Force photo by Eric M. White)
