Senior Airman Brandon Mitchell, a passenger services apprentice with the 76th Aerial Port Squadron at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, received his Youngstown State University diploma via a special delivery by 910th Airlift Wing and Task Force Liberty leadership, Dec. 18, 2021. Mitchell wasn't
