Dan Sarachene and Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) Capt. Eric Sheppard, OSHP Warren District commander, unveil C-130 nose art featuring the OSHP Flying Wheel logo here, Dec. 13, 2017. The nose art was selected and installed by Master Sgt. Rachel Fidram, a C-130 crew chief with the 910th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron here, to honor her brother and father, both of whom have served with the OSHP.
