Change of command at 910th Communications Squadron

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio – Col. Teresa Hams, 910th Mission Support Group commander, passes the squadron guideon to Lt. Col. Peter Milkovich during a Communications Squadron change of command ceremony here, January 12. The passing of the guideon symbolizes the transfer of command from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander. Milkovich took command of the 910th Communications Squadron from Maj. Richard Basting prior to his retirement.

Richard Basting, former 910th Communications Squadron commander, a shadow box as a token of appreciation for his hard work and distinguished career during a change of command ceremony, January 12. Lt. Col. Peter Milkovich took command of the 910th Communications Squadron from Basting, who is scheduled to retire in March of this year.
