Air Force warlord, cow farmer prepares for ORI, Canfield Fair

FOWLER, Ohio —U.S. Air Force Reserve Lt. Col. Thomas “Bart” Elsea inspects his jersey cow, a young heifer, Aug. 16 at his home here.
