Grain bin training is first product of Community Partnership Program
910th Airlift Wing Civil Engineer firefighters inspect a modular metal cylinder used in grain bin rescues. As the first product of the Air Force Community Partnership Program at YARS, the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation worked with the Ohio State Fire Academy to bring their innovative grain bin rescue training platform to YARS, allowing first responders to gain potentially life-saving skills. Approximately 50 firefighters from several local fire departments, including 14 from the 910th Civil Engineer Fire Department here, participated. U.S. Air Force photo/Eric M. White
