910th recognizes National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

The purpose of the month is to increase awareness about behavioral healthcare services and promote and enhance suicide prevention, intervention and post-intervention for service members and their families.

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio --

In honor of National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, Youngstown Air Reserve Station held an art exhibit on Sept. 21, 2019, at the Community Activity Center, here. Art is an effective tool to help enhance mood and emotion. Creative activities such as art can decrease depressive symptoms, reduce stress and improve immune system functioning and cognitive strength.
