Brandi Moore, a pest management helper assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, works in her office at the wing headquarters building at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Jan. 4, 2019. Moore is also in charge of YARS's Development and Training Flight as a special duty. The Development and Training Flight prepares enlistees for Basic Military Training via monthly drill where they focus on fitness, customs and courtesies, marching formations and other military skillsets with the aim of increasing the rate of those who make it through BMT.
