The C-130 is being prepared for a flight bound for its home base, Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, via Prestwick, Scotland and St. John?s, Canada. Sergeant McDonald is among the second group of Airmen from the 910th, attached to the 38th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron (EAS) based at Ramstein, supporting Operation Joint Enterprise. The C-130 crews and maintainers participating in Joint Enterprise will work together to airlift cargo to locations in the U.S. Europe Command (EUROCOM) and the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) Theaters of Operation. SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic -- Air Force Reservist Master Sgt. Notre Dame Universitystudents and alumni along with many regional Rotarians have made it possible for struggling people of the Dominican Republic to receive much needed clothing after the devastation of Hurricane Olga in 2007. The Air Force Reserve's 910th Airlift Wing in Youngstown, Oh. and 911th Airlift Wing in Pittsburgh, PA. partnered to airlift approximately 60,000 pounds of donated new and used clothing aboard two C-130 Hercules aircraft. BATON ROUGE, La—- An Air Force Reserve C-130 assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing Youngstown, Ohio aerial spray LaFourche Parish September 21 in Southern Louisiana as part of disaster relief efforts to help area residents.  C-130s are required to fly at only 150 feet above ground to effectively eradicate mosquito infestations eliminating the potential for the spread of West Nile Virus and Encephalitis. 3/23/2007-YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio —Members of the 910th Maintenance Squadron's strucural repair and corrosion shops paid tribute to the memory of Major Karl D. Hoerig by stenciling his name on C-130 aircraft 89-9106.  In 2004, the 910th Maintenance Group began a tradition of memorializing a fellow 910th assigned Air Force Reservist who passed away by placing their name on the aircraft aboce the crew door and dedicating the next mission in their honor. YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio - Air Force Reserve Tech. Sgt. Kevin L. Bowser, an aerospace maintenance specialist, blows heavy snow from the wing of a C-130 on the flight line here on March 7. Bowser is perched in the lift bucket of a vehicle known as a "Huffer" that utilizes a small jet engine to feed super-heated air through hoses on the vehicle to a nozzle mounted on the lift bucket. SMOKEY HILL WEAPONS RANGE, Kan.-- An Air Force Reserve aircrew flying a C-130 assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio conducts an aerial spray mission here Nov. 7-9, 2006.  The mission was a herbicide mission to control musk thistle and treated 2,800 acres at the Smokey Hill Weapons Range, located in Salina, Kan.  The Smokey Hill Weapons range is one of several military installations where the 910th conducts aerial spray missions each year to combat biting insects, control problematic vegetation, or practice to respond to an oil spill.
